MediSystem Payment Options
You are a valued customer and we appreciate your business. MediSystem Pharmacy is always striving for new, innovative and convenient ways that best suits your needs. We are excited to inform you that there are several options when making your payments.
Cheque
You can send in a cheque by mail and make cheques payable to "MediSystem Pharmacy". Please make sure to write the resident’s account number on each cheque when making payments. Your monthly statement indicates the address to submit the payment.
Credit Card Payment
Make a onetime payment by credit card by calling our Accounts Receivable Department. We accept only VISA and Mastercard.
Preauthorized Payments by Debit
We require you to submit a void cheque for pre-authorized debit. Download the forms below:
Online Banking
Make payments through any of the top five financial institutions in Canada (CIBC, Bank of Nova Scotia, Bank of Montreal, TD Canada Trust, Royal Bank of Canada) or through their affiliated financial institution (e.g. President's Choice Financial) or through your local credit union. Online payments can be set up at your bank or through online banking.
Payments from Ontario customers should choose one of the following payees "Medisystem Pharmacy Ontario” or “MLP Pharmacy Limited". Payments from Alberta customers should chose the following payee "Medisystem Pharmacy Alberta". Payments from BC customers should choose the following payee "Medisystem Pharmacy BC". Payments from Manitoba customers should choose the following payee "Medisystem Pharmacy Manitoba".
